I was in T...I would totally eat this for breakfast. I was in Thailand this year and the best breakfast option for me was a bowl of soup with rice, onions and tofu. It was typical there. Otherwise, all I could eat was white commercial bread with jam and sometimes sweetened peanut butter. I knew nothing about a macrobiotic diet when I walked in. I walked out with an intense love of eating grains and miso soup for breakfast!
