We do enjoy our vegan/macrobiotic fare although we try not to stuff ourselves too much because as Lino Stanchich has said for the past 10 years.....eat slowly, chew each bite 300 times and live longer and healthier.

My first 'Holistic Holiday at Sea' cruise was truly life changing. The many informative and fun programs were inspirational.

Having the option to be an early riser and participate in yoga, pilates, Qi Gong, meditation and or just walk the decks at 7 AM is awesoome.

You can do as little or as much as you choose.

Access to the steam room, saunas and whirpools is an added bonus.

The evening parties on deck at sea are always fun and the music and dancing are exhilarating !

Hope to meet you this year.

So happy to have been directed to your Vegan Crunk Blog. It sure has some great 'stuff'.Anne Morannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2364183667091630765.post-13987862241783875982013-12-27T08:47:37.501-06:002013-12-27T08:47:37.501-06:00Yum.
