Years ago, I lived in an apartment with a gas oven that wouldn't heat up for the first 10 minutes after you'd turned it on. Then there'd be this horrible exploding noise, indicating it had finally kicked on. I always figured baked goods were worth the risk, though, and spent a lot of time not thinking about carbon monoxide poisoning. Anyway, I'm obviously no help here, but good luck getting that checked out!Clarynhttp://hellyeahitsvegan.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2364183667091630765.post-67026109493393669322013-09-09T14:50:37.850-05:002013-09-09T14:50:37.850-05:00Repair man couldn't fix my oven. I have a good old fashioned oven and I hear the quality is much better than that of newer appliances, but I still had to get it fixed twice already... in now one of the rings won't work!

Your meatloaf sounds awesome. I haven't had one in a long time.

I'll add garlic powder next time I make mashed potatoes. Get it fixed girl.
Those meatloaf ingredients sound good! I don't know Match meat, but probably the Lightlife tube meat or Yves crumbles would work. I always LOVED meatloaf but my kids never did. I love nut-loafs especially, since going vegan.
